Decorative paintings
Room renderings - Scale model

A freelance illustrator for various New York publishers from 1980 to ’83, Jeffrey Bailey turns to decorative mural painting and leaves the U.S. for Europe where he spends a year in London before settling down in Paris in 1984.

Jeffrey Bailey has since  pursued a singular career: he has acquired over the years an expertise in the techniques of trompe-l’oeil and mural painting (illusionism, panoramas, ornamentation, patinas and other decorative finishes), executing projects principally in private homes, but also in hotels and other businesses. J Bailey also finds a niche as a painter of room portraits and room renderings for private clients as well as interior architects, decorators, and designers.

Two years ago, Jeffrey Bailey started a new activity that combines all of his skills and past experience in graphic arts- the design and fabrication of unique lamps. His new collection of graphic art lamps will be on exhibit at the Maison & Objet salon in France, January 2015.
