Jeffrey Bailey was born in the United States in 1956. He studied fine arts at Syracuse University from 1975 to 1979. The artist lives with his wife and two children in the region of Paris, France. REFERENCES : Collaboration with the painter/decorator Harry Gremillion in trompe-l'oeil and other styles of mural painting in England, Switzerland and France from 1983- 86 (example of a project: see page 148 of Architectural Digest, May,1983).
